The National Inspection Testing and Certification Corporation, or NITC, has been committed to providing personnel certifications related to knowledge of model codes, standards, and industry practices at Journey and Mastery levels, meeting city, county, and state government requirements, since 1990.
The organization works with the skilled trades to offer certifications and support to advance professional development within the plumbing, pipefitting, steam fitting, HVAC, and medical gas industries. NITC is industry-recognized for its high quality, up-to-date products and services which exceed industry standards.
NITC management, staff, and stakeholders are committed to continuous improvement in all areas of examination and certification administration safeguarding health and public safety at large and work with United Association Local 484 of Plumbers, Pipefitters, Welders and Apprentices to provide Ventura County and surrounding sister U.A. Locals with quality pipe trade workers. Over two hundred skilled members count on NITC to ensure their work is of the highest quality.
